Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Collection from our studio (upon ready for pickup confirmation)

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £40.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the UK only. We hope to expand internationally soon!

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at meltinginthemoonlightmelts@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
