Welcome to Melting in the Moonlight , a little corner of the world where fragrance meets the dark, the unusual and the beautifully macabre. We’re a husband and wife duo, based in the North East of England, who turned a shared love of fragrance, gothic style and all things a little unusual into our own small family-run business.

Melting in the Moonlight was born from a love of fragrance, gothic style and all the strange, beautiful things that make us who we are. What started as an idea grew into something much bigger. A collection of scents inspired by dark romance, forgotten places, haunted stories, nature and the wonderfully peculiar.

We believe gothic luxury shouldn't have to come with a luxury price tag.Our aim is to create beautifully crafted, indulgent fragrance that feels luxurious without being unattainable. From our perfumes and wax melts to our home fragrance, we want you to be able to surround yourself with things you love without having to spend a fortune.
Because we don't think you should have to choose between beautiful and affordable.
We don't want to make ordinary fragrance.

And behind the scenes?We're juggling family life, making products, packing orders, delivering stock, preparing for events and doing all the not-so-glamorous bits that come with running a small business. There are busy days, late nights, mountains of boxes and probably far too many fragrance bottles scattered around the place.
But honestly? We wouldn't have it any other way.
