Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including wax melts, body mists, reed diffusers, and other home fragrances, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

Please note:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a  replacement, or repair.

Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging, and we may require photographic evidence of the fault.
